On Thursday, November 29th, the Errington Volleyball Team competed in the Ravens Volleyball Tournament, at Anderson Elementary and MacNeil Secondary. There were 8 schools participating, with 24 teams in total. Errington came together as a very strong, supportive and competent team, and finished with an amazing 3rd place overall.
Well done team!!

Extreme Environments
Excellent work in the computer lab today! If you choose to continue researching your extreme environment at home, here is a link to the school's virtual library:

REMEMBER:
1.) Record every website you use and the date you use it (for Bibliography)
2.) DO NOT COPY word-for-word what you read
3.) Search for pictures and videos to add to your slideshow as well!

Somewhere Over the Rainbow
Somewhere over the rainbow
Way up high,
There's a land that I heard of
Once in a lullaby.
Somewhere over the rainbow
Skies are blue,
And the dreams that you dare to dream
Really do come true.

This was a busy week for Division 1! Thursday's Hip-hop dance performance was spectacular! All the hard work everyone put in to learning and practicing their dance, in only 4 classes, definitely paid off; everyone should be very proud of their performance :)) Stay tuned for photos and videos.
Friday's Remembrance Day assembly was very well run, thanks to Division 3, and was very moving. Division 1 and Division 2 recited the poem "In Flanders Fields" by John McCrae and "A Response to Flanders Fields" by Edna Jaques. Both classes performed very well.
I hope everyone has a wonderful long weekend!
